Privacy Policy
The Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, informs the Contractor that:
- The Administrator of Personal Data is the Ordering Party;
- personal data will be processed in order to ensure the performance of this agreement in the scope of: ordinary data – name, surname, address, PESEL;
- the legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Seller is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR;
- personal data will be made available to other recipients for promotional purposes in the scope of names and surnames of performers, as well as personal data will be made available if special regulations so provide or if it results from the agreement concluded by the Ordering Party;
- personal data will not be transferred to a country that is not part of the European Economic Area (third country) or to an international organization within the meaning of the GDPR;
- personal data will be stored in accordance with the provisions of law during the period of performance of this agreement and for the period in which the Ordering Party will pursue the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the data controller, which are related to this agreement or obligations arising from the provisions of generally applicable law;
- The Contractor has the right to request access to personal data concerning him or her and their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability;
- The Executive has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
- providing personal data is voluntary, however, without providing it, it is not possible to conclude and perform this agreement;
- The Ordering Party will not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, on the basis of the personal data provided.
- In the event that one of the Parties makes available to the other Party, in connection with the performance of this Agreement, the personal data of persons related to them, in particular employees, proxies, members of the management board, contractors, suppliers, as well as other persons not signing this Agreement, the Party that made the data available is obliged to inform these persons about the scope of personal data concerning these persons and provided to the Party and about the following: that the Party to whom the data was shared is the administrator of their personal data and that it processes their personal data on the terms set out above, as well as that the Party that made the data available is the source from which the Party to whom the data was shared obtained their data.
