Yellowjackets is a group founded in 1977 by keyboardist Russell Ferrante, who has been leading the band to this day. The second star is saxophonist Bob Mintzer, who has been performing in the group since 1990. Yellowjacets is a two-time GRAMMY®winner and has been nominated for this award 6 times (the last time in 2022!). They play expressive music from the borderline of fusion and jazz.
